to be set up in memory of them - the disappeared persons in Asia.
Names of the disappeared persons (with details and photos
wherever possible) will be carried by a website which will be
opened on 10 December, the Human Rights Day.

Invitation
for Articles, News Items and Photos on Disappearances in Asia
Human Rights SOLIDARITY will devote its December issue to the
problem of disappearances in the region. Contributions from
different countries in Asia of their experience on this are
welcome.
Contributions regarding movements that had risen due to
disappearances, reports of arrests and their aftermath, stories
of special death squads and articles on the impact of such
disappearances on the victims, families, communities and
societies are of special interest. Articles on legal and
jurisprudential issues arising from these experiences will also
be useful.
Religious and theoretical reifications, pictures of paintings,
photos, poems and other religious and artistic expressions
relating to the issue are also welcome.
